memoroll is designed around unlisted events, invite-based access, event-scoped guest tokens, signed media URLs, and retention windows.

Hosts provide account details and event settings. Guests provide a display name, consent, optional email, and uploaded media for the event they join.
Operational records include payment state, product events, audit logs, reports, support notes, and provider webhook evidence.
Guests are scoped to one event by an event-pass token. Hosts can access only events they own. Internal support access is role-gated, reason-coded, and audited.
Retention is tier-specific and can be extended by add-on. Final legal wording and production deletion evidence remain launch checklist items before go-live.
